dEQP-Mini includes use case tests for rendering approaches that are commonly used by game developers, as well as feature tests that go into the details of selected OpenGL ES 2.0 shader operations. Although it contains only a small subset of the tests included in the commercial product (and none of the debugging and analysis tools) dEQP-Mini provides an easy way to learn more about the quality of the graphics support in your device.

Details:

  • Around 400 OpenGL ES 2.0 tests (a fraction of the tests in the full version of dEQP)
  • Use case tests including combinations of shadow mapping, vertex skinning, blending, alpha testing and post processing effects.
  • Feature tests touching on the shader compiler pre-processor, loops, user-defined functions, array indexing, basic operators and built-in functions.
